Kueffer finally discovered the stairs leading to the master bedroom floor...yikes! He was very proud of how quickly he could get up the stairs- especially when chasing poor Lucy!
Don't worry- Mommy and Daddy quickly went to Babies R Us and bought a gate. Kueffer is not too happy about that...

Holy TOLEDO!!!! Go Kueffer! What a big guy. He's really putting his friend Jonah to shame ... I think Jo's motto is, "who needs to crawl when I have all these peeps around to bring me stuff ... especially my big brother Eli." Congrats on your first baby gate.

Oh -- and it isn't our first, just our latest. It's actually our third, I think. And it sucks, so I'm gonna take it down and now put up another one.
3 baby gates and a play yard (aka 'Baby Jail') that we use part of on another staircase. The more we babyproof, the smaller our house becomes! :)
