Memphis!

Daddy, Mommy, and Kueffer roadtripped to Memphis to visit our friends, the Jones'. That's what Kueffer said to Mommy yesterday. He is so funny! We went to Memphis for spring break and he caught a serious case of 'March Madness' playing basketball with his older friends, Christopher and Oliver.

Roadtrip

We all had such a great time in Memphis over spring break ! This is the look that Kueffer gave Mommy on our way back. He was not happy to be leaving. He wanted to go back to "Mephis"!

Tough Stuff!

Kueffer is one tough little cookie! This morning he was playing at Monkey Bizness, an indoor playground, when he decided to perform one of his 'stunt man' moves and roll out of the bounce house. Well, someone decided to move the step and he fell. HARD. Not sure if Mommy or Kueffer was more upset - especially seeing all of the BLOOD! He bit his little tongue on both sides. :( Luckily he got some ice and a lollipop and was feeling better in no time. Whew!

St. Patty's Parade 2011

This year we opted out of walking in the Brookside St. Patty's parade (good decision) and decided to watch it with our neighbors. It was a beautiful day and after Kueffer got over the initial dislike of the noise, he really got into it! He was running out for the candy that was thrown and even showing off his dance/karate moves!

Where did our sweet little boy go?

This is what Mommy has walked into the past 2 mornings. "Go away, Mommy!", "Go out of my room!", " I want Daddy!"... Our little boy went to bed a sweet 2 1/2 year old and woke up a TEENAGER! Ugh!

He even slept in this morning- why couldn't that happen on a weekend? :)

Praying for a more pleasant morning greeting tomorrow.

Gearing up for the Big 12 Tournament

Kueffer and Mommy cheered for the Tigers on Saturday, even though Daddy tried to influence Kueffer with his propaganda bedtime stories at night- Ha, Three Little Jayhawks!
Well, the Tigers may have lost on Saturday, but we will be ready for those 'blue birds' this week! :)

Party Party

Kueffer loves a party! He is getting to the age that he celebrates birthdays with his friends and it's so cute to see them all together. This week, he attended 2 in 3 days and they were both so cute. He even practiced singing the birthday song before the parties...too cute!

Mr. Imagination

What do you see in this photo? Well, Mommy sees Kueffer with a baseball bat between his legs calling for her. Actually, according to Kueffer he was on a 'boat' surrounded by 'sea creatures' and needed Mommy to rescue him. hmmm. The bat was the 'boat' and he was in the ocean. Wow!

Kueffer has a very active imagination. Daddy and Mommy love hearing all of the elaborate stories and characters that he creates.
