Kueffer loves dogs and everytime he sees one, he 'speaks' to it! Lately though, his 'chatting' with the neighbor dogs has been driving them crazy. They are actually 2 beagles, but on this video, they sound like pit bulls!
Kueffer is not scared though...okay, as long as he is on the other side of the fence!
