Kueffer attended his 3rd annual Halloween Party at Ms. Patsy's house this past Sunday afternoon. Grandma Karen, Daddy and Mommy had a great time watching Kueffer
have so much fun with all of the activities and the BIG bouncy house.

Kueffer loves looking at photos of himself and images of himself in the mirror. Nope, no self esteem issues for this little boy! Kueffer can spot a mirror or his reflection anywhere and will stop in his tracks for a double take of himself. He was even walking around the house a couple of days ago saying 'I'm gorgeous!'...seriously.
Well, this momma is not going to argue with him on that. :)

The Missouri Tigers beat the #1 ranked Oklahoma Sooners Saturday night. Pretty sure that this 'roar' was heard all the way in Columbia...Go Tigers!

Having fun in the 'Perfect' Village

We have an old tree in front of our house. It's pretty, but high maintenance! It leaves lots of leaves, acorns, and branches in our yard. Our first year in our home, there was an ice storm. We were out of town for Christmas and our neighbor emailed to say 'Merry Christmas' and that they were sorry about the car. What? Well, our 'pretty tree' had tossed huge branch on Daddy's car and totaled it. Ugh!
Lately, it's been looking a bit weak and we were getting a bit afraid if the wind blew too strong- didn't want another surprise. It was time to get it trimmed again. BUT since we live in the 'Perfect Village' - we received a letter saying that the city was going to go around and trim the trees on each side of the streets for city maintenance. Yeah! The other day Kueffer and Mommy came home to this...

Festival Fun!

A few weeks ago, Kueffer spent the weekend back in Cal-MO. He had a great time being spoiled by Grandma and Papa, Aunt Darryl, Aunt Lisa and Quinten! That Saturday was the Ham and Turkey festival, so Kueffer got to go to the parade, see the petting zoo, go on a carraige ride...so much fun packed into a couple of quick days. Kueffer loves going to Grandma and Papa's. We are so lucky to have them near.

Pumpkin Patch

Daddy, Mommy and Kueffer went to the pumpkin patch on Saturday.

Immediately when we walked thru the gate, Kueffer started showing off his strength by picking up the biggest pumpkins...yikes! Strong man pose...ha!

There were lots of rides and activities and Kueffer wanted to try them all out. The weather was beautiful- perfect day for the pumpkin patch!

On the road again...

Last weekend, Daddy, Mommy and Kueffer went to Iowa. Daddy and Mommy had a friend's wedding to attend and while there, Kueffer stayed with Grandpa Bill and Grandma Evva! He had a great time- playing with ALL of the toys and running around the yard. They even had Clifford movies for him to watch! :) He had so much fun playing and, we think, they had a pretty good time too. Kueffer even went to sleep at 7pm...'Hello?'...that never happens for Mommy and Daddy!

We all had a wonderful time- seeing family and friends. Hope to see you all soon!

Have we mentioned that Kueffer is a musical genius? Well, just let this Mommy reiterate it again as you enjoy this lovely musical serenade.

Mommy bought this for Kueffer when she was trying to get some shopping done in Target. Obviously, not using better judgement. :)

Choices

Kueffer definitely has opinions. This can make some of the smallest things a challenge. We usually give him 2 choices so that he feels like he has made the decisions on even small things like what shirt to wear, what sneakers, etc. Well, he's caught on. Yesterday afternoon during prime football time, Kueffer asked Daddy "what do you want to watch 'Ni-Kao' or 'Choo Choo Trains'?"....yes, he was letting Daddy decide what to watch on TV.

Kueffer loves introducing himself these days...to everyone, including the cat, Lucy. And he does this over and over again. I think he is expecting her to talk back. Sweet Lucy, she does take a lot of 'love' from Kueffer! :)

As we've said before, Kueffer talks. A LOT. He speaks in entire sentences and it is so cute listening to his conversations.
